4. Credits and Payments
Credit packs are purchased as one-time payments, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Satisfaction Guarantee. We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment details.
5. Advisor Conduct
Our advisors are independent contractors. MyMediumChat vets every advisor before they join the platform, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any reading. Advisors may not provide medical, legal, or financial advice disguised as spiritual guidance.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MyMediumChat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
